What is The Peony Haus?
The Peony Haus is a curated lifestyle destination redefining luxury living through wellness, beauty, and design. We offer intentionally chosen, low-tox essentials that make healthy, beautiful living effortless and inspiring — from wardrobe staples and home textiles to self-care rituals and gifting.
What does “low-tox” mean?
“Low-tox” means products that meet The Peony Standard — free from as many harmful materials, ingredients, and practices as possible. These are commonly banned or restricted in the EU but still used elsewhere. The goal is always no less than 90% clean in material, ingredient and processing to help reduce your collective toxin exposure. Every piece is selected for its integrity, design, and impact on your health and home.

Where are your products sourced from?
We partner with trusted makers and suppliers around the world who share our values — from Oeko-Tex certified bedding to organic cotton apparel and artisan-crafted wellness goods and so many other beautifully crafted products.
Do you sell your own products?
We curate from select ethical brands but don't currently create our own in-house collections yet.
Are all your products organic or vegan?
Many are organic, but not all — we focus on safety and transparency first. There are many that are vegan, and many that are organic and vegan - but again, not all. Each product listing clearly states the ingredients, materials and certifications such as GOTS, OEKO-TEX®, cruelty-free, vegan, or FSC®.
How can I be sure a product meets your standards?
Every brand and supplier is reviewed, and goes through a vetting process. Before products are shared to a collection, due diligence is done to be confident that the product we've curated meets The Peony Haus standards.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. We’re expanding soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Why might my order ship in multiple packages?
We work with a curated network of suppliers and artisans. To ensure faster delivery and reduce waste, items may ship separately depending on their origin.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer flat rate economy shipping, with orders over $100 shipping free to the continental U.S., and we periodically offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for The Peony Edit newsletter to receive exclusive offers and early access.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items in new, unused condition. Some wellness, personalized items, and those marked as "final sale" are exceptions and may be final sale — please check individual product listings for details.
SUSTAINABILITY & ETHICS
How does The Peony Haus support sustainability?
We try to prioritize small-batch, responsibly made, and low-impact products. We partner with suppliers who minimize environmental impact, and opt for packaging that uses recyclable or compostable materials whenever possible.
Are your brands fair trade or ethically made?
Yes, we only work with partners who uphold fair labor practices and ethical manufacturing standards.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes may not be possible once an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
