Suggested Use
1. Coat the premade pack in an even layer of castor oil.
2. Apply the pack to the lower abdomen.
3. Wear the pack for a minimum of 1 hour, or overnight for optimal benefits.
4. Cleanse your skin with a clean washcloth. 



When not to use:
Pregnancy: Castor Oil Packs should NOT be used during pregnancy.

Postpartum during breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use while breastfeeding.

Some suggestions on washing your Castor Oil Pack:

1. Boil water and add two tablespoons of baking soda and a couple drops of natural dish soap. Add the pack and let it soak for 5 minutes. Rinse, and let air dry.
2. Boil water, and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a couple drops of natural dish soap. Soak the pack overnight in the bowl. In the morning, hand wash with warm water and wring it out very well. Let air dry.
3. Put the pack in the washing machine (or even dish washer without dishes included) on hot temperature with natural detergent. Let air dry.
